The Z3D Autonomous Process

Upload & Slice

Users upload files remotely via our secure web portal. Automatic slicing prepares the print instantly.

Automated Printing

The FDM system initiates printing in a highly regulated, climate-controlled transparent chamber.

Robotic Fulfillment

A multi-level robotic conveyor belt safely transfers the finished part off the build plate.

Secure Pickup

The part is stored in a designated, automated LED slot accessed via a secure user code.
